This handsome tray was an accessory for a Tappan stove.? The white side was used as a burner cover, and the black reverse side, decorated with a laurel wreath, could be used as a serving tray.? It's porcelain enameled steel, and typical of items of this vintage, some of the porcelain has chipped off (see photos).
